was born in the city of Quito of Ecuadorian nationality. In 1999 when he was 14 years old he began to practice Capoeira in the only existing group called "grupo Zema", the same one that was founded by the teacher José María Da Silva "Mestre Zé Maria" 1993 in Ecuador. 

With several years of practice Henry Vizcarra became professor of Capoeira in 1995. He dedicated all his time for the development of this art within the city and other regions of Ecuador and in Germany, in private, public and educational institutions. He is one of the founders and representatives of the international group Centro Do Mundo which was founded in 2011 amongst a group of colleagues.

Henry Vizcarra is now known as "Mestre Carvao" in the world of Capoeira. This title or degree was awarded by his Mestre Zé Maria and Mestre Paulinho Salmos de Rio De Janeiro in 2013 for his great performance and dedication to the art of Capoeira. 

In current times Henry Vizcarra develops his work in various educational institutions and individuals and also works with social projects for the inclusion of children from remote regions of society to the practice of this Brazilian art. 

His objective is to contribute his knowledge to help the formation and development of the people practicing Capoeira. In this way, he offers a option to live healthy in an healthy environment including the personal and social existence within the Society.
